A gentle place to come home to yourself.
If you’re a woman who looks like she’s holding it all together (but inside feels anxious, overwhelmed, or quietly exhausted)
you’re not alone. And nothing is wrong with you.
The Diving for Light Group Experience is a trauma-informed, somatic, and soulful 6-month group container designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build the inner safety and capacity needed to live with more calm, clarity, and self-trust.
This is not about fixing you.
It’s about remembering who you are beneath the survival patterns.
We move at the pace of your nervous system here.
There is no pressure to share, perform, or be anything other than where you are.
You’re invited to arrive just as you are; and be met with compassion, presence, and deep respect.

You may be here because something inside you knows it can’t keep doing life the same way.
Maybe you’re capable, thoughtful, and deeply caring - the one others rely on.
The one who “handles things.”
And yet…
Inside, you might feel:
🪷An undercurrent of anxiety that never fully turns off
🪷Emotional fatigue you can’t quite explain
🪷A tendency to overthink, over-give, or be over- responsible
🪷Disconnection from your body, your joy, or your inner voice
🪷A longing for rest, peace, and space - without guilt
You may look “fine” from the outside.
But inside, your system is tired of bracing.
And if you’ve already done therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts, and tried to “understand yourself” better - yet still feel stuck - that makes sense.
Insight alone doesn’t always reach the places where stress and trauma live.
A gentle truth
What you’re experiencing isn’t a personal failure.
It’s a nervous system that learned how to survive.
When you’ve spent years being strong, responsible, or emotionally vigilant, your body may still be living in patterns shaped by the past - even when your life looks stable now.
Nothing is wrong with you.
Your system has been doing its best to keep you safe.
This work begins by listening - not pushing
The Diving for Light Group Experience was created for women who are ready to stop forcing change and start building safety, connection, and capacity from the inside out.
Here, we don’t rush healing.
We don’t override your boundaries.
And we don’t ask you to perform vulnerability.
We slow down enough to hear what your body, emotions, and inner world have been trying to say - and we meet it all with compassion.
Take a moment and notice what’s landing.
There’s no rush.
When you’re ready, we’ll gently explore what makes this group different - and how the container actually supports healing in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
If you’ve ever wondered why you know what you need…
but still struggle to follow through.
Why you can understand your patterns, yet feel stuck inside them.
This is an important moment.
Healing isn’t a mindset problem.
And it’s not a willpower issue.
Much of what you’re experiencing lives in the nervous system and the body - in places that learned how to adapt long before logic or language were available.
Your reactions, coping strategies, and emotional patterns once made sense.
They helped you survive, belong, or stay safe.
And they don’t disappear just because you’re “doing better” now.
A trauma-informed lens changes everything.
In the Diving for Light Group Experience, we approach healing with the understanding that:
🌿Your system is wise
🌿Symptoms are signals, not flaws
🌿Safety comes before change
🌿Capacity matters more than pressure
Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with me?”we gently explore, “What happened - and what does my system need now?”
This shift alone often brings relief.
Because when your body feels respected instead of pushed, it can finally soften.
We work with the body, not against it.
This work integrates:
🌕Nervous system education and regulation
🌕Mindfulness-based somatic practices
🌕Gentle parts work and inner reconnection
🌕Compassionate pacing that honors consent and choice
You’re never asked to relive trauma.
You’re never forced to go deeper than feels safe.
And you’re always in control of your pace.
Healing here is relational, grounded, and deeply human.
What becomes possible
As safety and regulation grow, many women begin to notice:
✨Less reactivity and emotional overwhelm
✨A stronger sense of inner steadiness
✨Clearer boundaries without guilt
✨More access to joy, rest, and presence
✨A felt sense of being at home in themselves
Not because they tried harder -
but because their system finally had what it needed.
When you’re ready, let’s talk about the container itself -
what the group experience looks like, how it’s structured, and how it supports this kind of deep, sustainable healing.
The Diving for Light Group Experience is a 6-month, trauma-informed group container designed to support deep healing, nervous system regulation, and inner reconnection - without pressure or overwhelm.
This is a space where you don’t have to hold everything alone.
You’ll be supported through a blend of:
💜Live group connection
💜Gentle structure and guidance
💜Somatic and mindfulness-based practices
💜Spacious integration between group sessions
All within a container that honors your pace, your boundaries, and your capacity.
How the Group Is Held
We meet once a month for a 90-minute live group session.
Each group session includes:
🌸Teaching grounded in nervous system wisdom
🌸Guided somatic and mindfulness practices
🌸Space for reflection, integration, and gentle sharing
You are always welcome to participate in the way that feels safest for you - whether that’s speaking, listening, or simply being present.
Between sessions, you’ll have access to self-paced curriculum and resources that support ongoing integration and help you weave this work into your daily life.
Nothing here is rushed.
And nothing is mandatory.
The Power of Group - Without Pressure
There’s something deeply regulating about being in a room with other women who get it.
In this group, many women experience:
⭐️A sense of belonging without needing to explain themselves
⭐️Relief in realizing they’re not alone in their patterns
⭐️Healing through resonance, not comparison
⭐️Growth that feels supported rather than isolating
This is not a group where you’re asked to expose yourself or share more than feels right. It’s a group where being witnessed - even quietly - can be healing.
A Container Designed With Care
This experience is intentionally:
🪽Trauma-informed and consent-based
🪽Slow-paced and nervous-system aware
🪽Depth-oriented without being intense
🪽Structured enough to feel safe, spacious enough to breathe
You don’t need to be “ready” or have it all figured out.
You just need a willingness to show up honestly, in your own rhythm.
Next, we’ll gently walk through how healing unfolds inside this container - the process we follow and why it creates such sustainable, embodied change.
Healing inside the Diving for Light Group Experience unfolds through a gentle, intentional process — one that honors your nervous system, your history, and your inner wisdom.
This work isn’t linear.
And it isn’t about “fixing” anything.
It’s about building safety first, so real change can happen naturally.
Phase One: Foundations & Understanding
We begin by creating clarity.
You’ll learn how trauma, chronic stress, and survival patterns shape the nervous system - not as something to label or pathologize, but as a way to bring compassion and understanding to your experience.
This phase helps you:
🐚Make sense of your patterns without self-blame
🐚Understand why certain reactions or emotions arise
🐚Begin replacing shame with curiosity and care
Safety often starts with being understood - especially by yourself.
Phase Two: Mindfulness & Somatic Awareness
Next, we slow down.
Through gentle, mindfulness-based somatic practices, you’ll begin tuning into your inner world with more presence and less judgment.
This phase supports you in:
🩵Noticing sensations, emotions, and inner cues
🩵Shifting out of over-analysis and into felt experience
🩵Developing a compassionate relationship with your body
You’re never pushed to “go inside” faster than feels safe.
We move at a pace your system can trust.
Phase Three: Resourcing & Regulation
As awareness grows, we focus on support.
You’ll learn practical, accessible tools to help regulate your nervous system in real time - especially during moments of stress, overwhelm, or emotional activation.
This phase helps you:
🫶🏼Build internal safety and steadiness
🫶🏼Expand your capacity to stay present
🫶🏼Feel more grounded in daily life
These are tools you can return to again and again.
Phase Four: Parts Work & Inner Reconnection
Here, we gently meet the parts of you that have been working so hard to protect you.
With compassion and curiosity, we explore inner parts - including younger, vulnerable aspects and protective patterns - without trying to get rid of them or force change.
This phase supports:
🌙Deep self-understanding
🌙Reduced inner conflict and self-criticism
🌙A stronger sense of wholeness and integration
Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is forced.
Everything is met with respect.
Phase Five: Expansion & Capacity Building
As safety, regulation, and self-connection deepen, something begins to open.
This phase is about receiving - more rest, joy, love, clarity, and possibility - without overwhelm or collapse.
You may begin to notice:
☀️Clearer boundaries and aligned choices
☀️More access to creativity and pleasure
☀️Greater trust in yourself and your inner guidance
☀️A life that feels more spacious and true
Expansion here isn’t about doing more.
It’s about living from a more resourced place.
This process unfolds naturally over time - supported by the group container, the curriculum, and the relational safety of being held consistently.
Next, we’ll clarify who this experience is designed for (and who it’s not) so you can feel grounded and informed as you consider the next step.
This experience is designed to be supportive, grounding, and deeply intentional.
Feels anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally depleted - even if life looks “fine” on the outside
Is tired of holding it all together and longs for more inner calm and steadiness
Has done personal growth or therapy and wants something more embodied and integrative
Struggles with over-giving, people-pleasing, or difficulty setting boundaries
Wants to feel safer in her body and more connected to herself
Values depth, gentleness, and emotional integrity
Is willing to slow down, listen inward, and engage honestly with the process
Desires healing that feels sustainable — not forced or performative
Are currently experiencing a severe or destabilizing mental health crisis
Are seeking weekly therapy or crisis-level support
Are not open to self-reflection or personal responsibility
Want quick fixes, surface-level tools, or pressure-based transformation
Feel uncomfortable in group settings of any kind
Next, we’ll gently explore what tends to shift for women who move through this experience - not as promises, but as
lived patterns of change.
Every woman’s journey is unique.
Healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t look the same for everyone.
And yet, there are patterns that tend to emerge when women are given the time, safety, and support to truly reconnect with themselves.
Inside the Diving for Light Group Experience, many women begin to notice subtle but meaningful shifts - often starting on the inside, and slowly rippling outward.
You may find that:
🌟Your nervous system feels steadier, even during stress
🌟Emotional reactions soften, creating more space between trigger and
response
🌟Self-criticism loses its grip, replaced with understanding and compassion
🌟Boundaries begin to feel clearer - and less charged with guilt
🌟You feel more present in your body and in your relationships
🌟Rest becomes more accessible, not something you have to earn
🌟You trust yourself more - your timing, your needs, your inner voice
These changes don’t come from forcing yourself to be different.
They come from feeling safe enough to be real.
Many women share that life begins to feel:
💗More spacious
💗More honest
💗More aligned
💗More like their own
Not perfect.
But more grounded, resourced, and alive.
Next, we’ll bring in the voices of women who have experienced this work firsthand - so you can feel into what it’s been like for others.
Sometimes it helps to hear from women who have been where you are - and to feel what became possible for them.

"Before joining our group I was working through my personal growth more in isolation."
"I’ve noticed as I’ve been a part of this wonderful collaborative group of supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental women, that I’m feeling more understood and even more confident in being vulnerable and seen. I look forward to group each month and come away from each session with a deeper understanding of myself, and support with navigating various areas of my life. I feel valued, supported, and appreciated. I’m so grateful!"-AF

“I learned that my worth is not defined by other people’s opinions — and that doing my best is enough.”
“Through my work in the group, I learned to recognize my worth as both a teacher and a person. I began setting boundaries, asking for help, and accepting support when it was offered. I realized that my success is not defined by other people’s opinions, and that doing my best with the circumstances I’m given is enough.
The biggest shift has been understanding that I am not a failure - I am capable, growing, and learning to trust myself.” -CM

“This work helped me get unstuck, trust myself more, and start creating a life that feels like mine.”
“Before joining the group, I felt stuck and spent a lot of time lying in bed doing nothing. Through this work I started moving again - physically and emotionally. I purchased the home I've lived in for 25 years and I'm fixing it up.
The group helped me prioritize myself while still caring for others, improve my relationship with my son, and begin creating a life that feels like mine. I’m learning to trust myself and keep moving forward.” -AR
These stories aren’t about perfection.
They’re about feeling safer, more connected, and more at home inside.
If you’re feeling a quiet resonance as you read this (a soft “yes”, curiosity, or sense of recognition).
I invite you to listen to that.
The next step is a Clarity Session.
This is a calm, supportive conversation where we will explore what’s bringing you here and feel into whether this group is the right fit for you
There is no pressure.
No obligation.
Just an honest, grounded conversation.
Trust your timing.
Trust your body.
And trust that you don’t have to figure this out alone.
If this work is meant for you, it will unfold - gently.
